At Redstone General Store, we want every order to be handled clearly and carefully. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, shipping fees, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipment issues.
1. Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed.
During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to each order unless a different rate is shown at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier, customs review, weather, and seasonal volume.
United States: 10-15 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 11-16 business days
Other International Destinations: 15-20 business days
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.
Tracking may take 1-3 business days to update after the shipping label is created. If tracking does not update immediately, the package may still be moving through the carrier network.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
Redstone General Store is not responsible for customs delays or import processing delays.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
If a carrier confirms that a package was lost in transit, contact us with your order number so we can review the case and help arrange a suitable solution.
